Shanghai Pudong Wire & Cable Group is headquartered in Fengxian District, Shanghai, with a total registered capital of 350 million yuan and total assets of 1.6 billion yuan. The group covers an area of 500 acres and employs 2,000 people, of which 15% are technical R&D personnel, and has applied for more than 50 patents. It has more than 300 domestic sales companies and offices, covering four major production bases in Yunnan, Guangxi, Chongqing, and Shenyang, and its technology research and development base was selected as the “National Torch Plan Key High-tech Enterprise” project. We are an export-oriented, innovative and diversified large-scale comprehensive group integrating production, technology research and development and export, with industrial investment as the main body.

In 1958, Shanghai Liaoyuan Cable Factory was established. It's a military enterprise located in Chuansha Town, Pudong District, Shanghai.

In the national policy under the guidance of the conversion, Liaoyuan Cable convert military-oriented enterprises to civilian production, Changed to a joint-stock enterprise and Renamed as: Pudong Wire & Cable Factory

Mr. Chen Yuyi acquired and controlled Shanghai Pudong Cable Factory, reorganized and established Shanghai Pudong Wire and Cable Co., Ltd.
The technology center has 120 sets of existing experimental equipment
